Easy check in, provided good food and taxi recommendations. 5 min walk from the beach, 20 mins walk to Brighton - lots of nice food and drink spots around. It’s a room in their house but feels very self contained as you don't have to walk through the house to access the room and access to tea and coffee in their kitchen was easy. “The property is lovely, like a good hotel suite. It was spotlessly clean and there were lots of clean towels. Lots of plug sockets and a good size mirror. The downside was the shower was lukewarm and we couldn't increase the temperature. Also, the communication wasn't great. There was no info about where to collect or leave the key. Nor was there any acknowledgement when we sent details of our arrival time. A coffee machine would have been nice. ”

“The townhouse was clean with three separate bedrooms and two baths. It was very near to high Street so it was an excellent location. One drawback was that it was very hot outside and only two fans were available for the bedrooms. Make sure that you have access to Wi-Fi to retrieve the check-in information ahead of time. The host was very prompt in answering any inquiries that we may have had.”
