“Not quite sure how to review this property. It is advertised on Expedia as having a hot tub and that is why we booked it. When we couldn’t find the hot tub, we asked at the front desk and they said, “no hot tub but the pool is heated”. It was a very cold heated pool in my opinion… Other than that huge disappointment, it was very clean, great staff, good breakfast. I would absolutely stay there again for the other amenities. “The place is nice and away from the city. The place is very rustic and cozy, great if you are looking for something that gets you away from technology. “The hotel was clean and comfortable. During the day there was freeway noise, but by the time most people are ready for bed it subsides and isn’t a big issue (we were on freeway side of building). The only problem we had was the refrigerator in our room. I didn’t realize it was not cooling properly on the second night of our stay. By that time, the food I bring for my special diet needs didn’t seem cold enough for me to eat and I had to throw it away. When we checked out on the 3rd morning...

“No access to the pool as was promised and a frozen burrito for breakfast. Terrible. Paid for things that were not there. Gave BW many chances to do the right thing by the customer but unfortunately they don’t care about their guests. ”
