“Beautiful property. I wish we day more than one night there so we could have had time just to sit on the porch taking in the river and surrounding nature. Maybe on a return trip…. Then We can try their restaurant too. It’s a relaxing place and the cider place next door has tasty cider.”

“We arrived to the beautiful small town of Jacksonville, OR and was very welcomed by the staff at the front desk of Wine Country inn. The room was big, clean and well maintained. The bed was comfy. The front desk staff gave us some good tips and a map to the city center which was a beautiful old small town. We definitely advise people to go here instead of Ashland, this place is much more “down-to-earth””

“The place is nice and away from the city. The place is very rustic and cozy, great if you are looking for something that gets you away from technology. Rooms don’t have a tv and the internet is a little slow, but the grounds are beautiful. Come early for the wine, the bar closes early and staff isn’t around after it closes.”

“The room was huge, the bed was very comfortable; the bathroom was nice but very small and awkward to climb stairs to use it. Overall, loved the location, walking distance to restaurants & stores. Remotion winery tasting room on site had the best wine. Excellent stay, thank you.”

“They had parking and clean rooms. Breakfast was super simple: only waffle maker and some basic stuff. I thought ev charging is free but they told me they will charge me for the ev charger and it was a slow charger. So i decided to not pay for it.”

“Gloria and Cecil were such gracious and responsive hosts. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Breakfast surpassed our expectations. It was a very romantic experience. Would definitely book again next time I visit the area. Price of overnight stay was very reasonable.”

“2 stories and NO !!! Elevator. Base broad missing carpet was taped down at some joints causing tripping issues over all poor conditions”

“Staff were very helpful at the front desk. Our room was not the cleanest it could have been. A near empty cup was left on the night stand and someone left a pair of shorts in the drawers. More attention could have been paid. But the breakfast place was clean and again - front desk staff was very nice and helpful.”

“No access to the pool as was promised and a frozen burrito for breakfast. Terrible. Paid for things that were not there. Gave BW many chances to do the right thing by the customer but unfortunately they don’t care about their guests. ”
