“We arrived to the beautiful small town of Jacksonville, OR and was very welcomed by the staff at the front desk of Wine Country inn.
The room was big, clean and well maintained. The bed was comfy.
The front desk staff gave us some good tips and a map to the city center which was a beautiful old small town.
We definitely advise people to go here instead of Ashland, this place is much more “down-to-earth””
“This was a WONDERFUL place to stay. We were in town for the Australian Pink Floyd show at the Britt. We loved the Orth House so much, it is a beautiful house, it and the staff was so wonderful and accommodating. Felicity was very helpfull with the entire visit, she emailed us instructions on our entry, and getting settled in. She was AMAZING and a total help for us. She was so attentive to our needs and she deserves a truck load of accolades.

“We stayed in room 204 for four nights. The hotel is clearly older though very well-maintained -- will stay again. Room was recently renovated, decent size for our bags (a couple) plus storage for wine bought in the area. Central location for the Rogue Valley, downtown Medford, I-5, and easy access to Hwy 62 for Crater Lake. Great breakfast place on the street behind it (Buttercloud), good brewery less than 10 minutes away on foot (Common Block).”
“Older hotel that has been maintained. Is is the best I’ve ever stayed at, no. With that being said, the price is right. Great value. Quiet. Clean. Value. Biggest complaint, area around hotel at night is crawling with drug addicts and unhoused individuals. Never bothered hotel though. ”
“The staff were more than accommodating, the pool & hot tub were amazing. The pool/ hot tub closes at 10pm for 18 & under & midnight for 18 & over which was kind of nice to relax without a lot of echoing that occurs from indoor pools. They also have an outdoor patio area right off the pool which was nice as well. The breakfast was great with multiple options. The only negative I will say is that our shower head needs some CLR. The water pressure with it was not great & even some plugged holes....
