First of all , there was a promise that we would have a bottle of wine in the room- there wasn’t any. On the first day we missed out on towels and asked for them , we received the smallest ones sized like napkin.
On 1th of feb 2022 we woke up at 5 am due to people in the hall screaming it’s BURNING RUN. The alarm was barely heard. We tried to escape but due to electricity problems there was a fire in our hallway . No emergency exits were to be seen in the fog since...
