“Lovely area of the city. We felt very safe and relaxed. Plenty of places to eat, grocery shopping, short Uber rides away from the city center. Plenty of Uber drivers around.
Perfect for extended stays for work or vacation to explore the city.
Property manager and staff always one message away. Attentive, respectful and ready to go over and beyond to assist when needed.”

“We were a party of three adults and two children, and we absolutely loved this place. The Polanco area is beautiful, clean, and felt very safe. We were able to walk to many restaurants and coffee shops from the apartment, which made the location perfect for exploring.
The security guards were very friendly, and Jose was always there and extremely helpful. There was an iron in the apartment but no ironing board initially; when we mentioned it, they immediately purchased one and provided it for...

“The host was unresponsive as soon as we got into the apartment. The WiFi didn’t work and that made the TV not work. So we had no TV or WiFi for 6 days because the host would not answer. The house was cleaned but not deep cleaned. The couch, curtains and walls were all dirty. And there were a lot bugs in the apartment. The listing was incorrect also. No hot tub, no iron, no hair dryer and no oven. The host needs to work on this place if she wants it to rentable. Luckily Vrbo compensated us for...

“The apartment feels a bit sterile; the elevator didnt work most of the time we were there but it was only one floor up. The door men were nice but didnt speak English. And, we heard the family who lived above us regularly.”

Rent och fint rum!
Vi bytte rum och fick ett mot innergården istället! Då blev det tyst ! Inga bilar hördes!
Väldigt gullig personal som gav oss presenter och hjälpte oss med bokningar!
Väldigt bra frukost !
