“The hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella...

“The restaurants provided many wonderful options for high end dining. The beds were perfect and always clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and worked around the clock to ensure you had everything that you needed at all times. My wife and I will be visiting again. ”

"Nice place, easy to arrive Clean, with all you need in your room, they also have an easy check in, in some mini you are inside from the airport, you walk from a bridge and you are there. You get some cleaning items, for instance if you forgot your teeth brush or others. We use the baby crib and was a safe mattress and big enough. Not so much to improve, except for the personal in the breakfast area in our floor, looks like they are angry if you ask for something, apart of that all the rest of the staff are so kind and eager to help you. "
