“The hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella...

“Hyatt Zilara had a recent total renovation where they were closed for 13 months. The place looked amazing and staff is wonderful. Restaurants looked great but food was a little hit and miss. Maybe the cooks are figuring out the new menus. The hotel should cut back on sales staff within the hotel asking guest if they want to book an excursion or massage. It got old in my opinion. Overall I would go back and would recommend booking.”
