“I arrived early and requested an earlier checking but they told me the room would be available at 3PM. I arrived at 3:20PM. When I entered the room I realized that it had not been cleaned from the previous tenant. I contacted the management and was told that there had been an issue, obviously that was not true since they never contacted me to warn me that the room was not ready. They told me they would call someone to come and clean. After two hours of waiting and emailing back and forth...

“Bella Rosa is a family driven small hotel. The owner, Costas, is extremely service minded and kind. We were (from Hotels.com) promised a fridge in the room, but Costas said it is strange because double bed rooms isn't equipped with fridge. Only studios are. But he fixed one, and put it in our room.
