Hotell nära Humble Museum

“The staff is absolutely superb from front desk to assistants to housekeeping. The room was huge w a perfect kitchenette. Fitness area was phenomenal. Pool gets sun all day long. Out front they have a fire pit which made for nice evenings.”

“We stayed for one night before flying out from IAH airport. It only took 15-20 mins to the airport. For this it was ok, but would not want to stay longer. It is located right next to the highway and frontage road(?). The door had a rather big gap underneath it and the road nose was very loud the whole night. The room was supposed to be a non smoking one but out stank heavily of cigarette smoke. Cleanliness was on and beds were decent but overall the room was very worn down with a broken...

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's extremely noisy and inconvenient located.The price of the rooms are ridiculous for the terrible service I encountered. I had to change rooms multiple times and was even sent to a room already occupied by another guest. Their rooms have mold and the TVs don't work properly. I wasn't even able to watch any channels on the TV and had to use my laptop and HDMI cable to watch my shows. The housekeeping staff is exceptionally rude. They don't actually...

“Quiet and peaceful”

“They’re currently going through a upgrade remodel. The first floor is completely done, which is where we stayed. It is a great economical hotel. That’s clean with a decent breakfast near the interstate shopping. Very quiet area definitely would stay again when visiting family.”

“The room appeared clean but smelled of smoke so bad we had to cancel our stay. The manager was very helpful and found us a room at another motel. Thank you Sam for the help!”

“Luktade instängt och äckligt på rummet, poolen såg ofräsch ut, fruktansvärt dålig frukost (juicemaskinen sönder, personalen ryckte på axlarna).”

“The reason we chose that hotel was for the indoor pool. The kids couldn’t even get it because it was freezing. We asked the person at the counter to turn the air off in the pool room but he refused. The room was okay but the couch ans chair were filthy.”

“Check in was a hassle. I was told I couldn’t have a room to myself and that someone else had to be in the room with me and they would need to be here as well to scan their ID. I have never in my life heard of a hotel requiring 2 people in a room. After finally getting in the room, all of the light switches were worn out and hard to use and the room had a horrible stench. Staff was friendly but that’s the only good thing I can say about this place”

“Catfish hotel. Checking in Horrible it took 30 minutes just for them to find a room. once I got to my room housekeeping was just finishing cleaning my room which I made a reservation. The room was a complete mess, tiles on the floor were coming up, bathroom had mildew and flies coming from the wall. The air conditioning unit in the room was broken still pushing out cold air, but was not attached properly.
