“Nice environment and relaxing atmosphere. Nimrod is located outside central Port Douglas but the buses stop just outside the entrance. Very nice pool and BBQ area. The apartment was spacious and fairly well maintained with AC, functioning kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer. The downside was the very expensive and unreasonably slow wifi.”

“This is a private owner that has this unit. When we arrived the room was occupied by another party. Went to the Ramada Resort reception. They could not help because the unit is privately owned. Called the owned and got no response. Talked to the mother and daughter in the room and they said they had another day in the unit. The mother told me they were put into this room because the unit they were suppose to have was occupied by someone else. When we finally got ahold of the owner, she said...

“We had 3 generations holidaying with us and this very spacious apartment was perfect. The bedrooms were well spaced out and the location of the apartment was superb. The only downside was that we had to leave!”

“Just 2 blocks to 4 mile beach as well as the main street in Port Douglas, the location of this apartment is spectacular. The complex is not too big (so not very noisy) and very clean. We were very pleased with our week here. The apartment itself had all the amenities you need! Loved it here!”

“The owner was very obliging and accurate in the description of the unit. Nice, ground floor location that was well equipped, very clean and comfortable with lots of extras: baby equipment, toiletries, spices, coffee, tea and essentials. It was within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and pubs as well as the ocean. We could not have chosen a better place!”

“Great location in Sea Temple as a swim in and swim out unit. With no cleaning over 5 nights, it was a hassle. It would have been OK if we were staying up to 3 nights. Difficulty washing dishes, etc. Internet provider is not strong and can be intermittent. ”

“Moo Creek is a peaceful getaway. It doesn't have mobile connection. It doesn't have WhatsApp, YouTube, that X thing, Facewhatever, SMSs, or mains power. It does have very helpful caretakers nearby. It does have peace and quiet, other than the bounty of birdlife. It does have a flowing creek with a pool where tiny fish join you. If you've had a busy schedule then you should find Moo Creek, which close to Cow Bay Beach, instantly calming.”
