Our company has taken a lake trip every summer for the last 8 years and this was everyone's favorite. The property is spacious, the pool was a hit, the lake views were incredible. It had all te amenities we were looking for but we did need to make a run to the store for some essentials. The dollar general was close so it wasn't an issue. The place could use a little bit of a sprucing up and has some funny smells but none of these things detered our group from voting to return next year -- something we have never done before. It truly was a great house with lots to offer those who stay. I'd also like to add that many previous reviews said that there were no lounge chairs so I was worried what would be available when we arrived but there were PLENTY! More than we needed. Id would say the pictures and description are very accurate.

The location, view, and pool/lake were amazing. Sufficient kitchen dishes/silverware. No hot pads and way too few dishwashing pods even for a starter set. Floors were adequately vacuumed but needed mopping. Shower pan was cracked in two baths and faucets did not work in two others. Hot water tank went out--maintenance was responsive on the hot water and we coped for one full day. The pictures did not represent the furniture. Some of the complaints that were published earlier had been fixed. We are hoping the place can be improved so we would be comfortable returning.

Extended family vacation

This property doesn’t look like the pictures listed. The house was dirty. The walls, light switches, front door, back doors. There is black sut coming out of the vents in the main living area. There were dead bugs in all the windows along the front of the house facing the lake. The kitchen cabinets were dirty with a coat of grime over them. The oven looked like there was a fire inside of it. There isn’t enough flatware to be used for even one meal. Be sure to bring plenty of plastic ware!Stains on walls, bathroom floors and ceilings.The master bedroom- the TV has cords going every which way hanging down from it. The stone shower has mold in it and covered in spider webs.The commode is missing the lost lid that goes on the back of it.There was 1 working light in the vanity. The vents n the bathroom have mold in them.When you walked through the house in your bare feet, they were black.I called the management company at check-in to let them know of the condition of the house was "Not as advertised". Explained my concerns. I was told they don't clean the walls. I said this is beyond cleaning walls and told them I could send pics. I sent 20 pics of various things of the property and the response was "Thank You and they would send someone out to clean.”

Views of lake and mountains were beautiful! Pool was good and adequate size for family of 20. Photos do not accurately represent current property. Photos showed numerous lounge chairs on pool deck, only 2 available. Registered 20 guests but had 18 towels for first 2 days. Kitchen was well stocked but short on flatware. A couple of beds were not set up properly and toilet tank lid was missing in master bath. Plenty of space for our 20, house just needs some work. Again the setting lakeside is beautiful and our family enjoyed our stay.

Pure dissappointment

First off AI pictures. In all the pics. Several dec chairs. Actual 2. The frig in the back didnt work for 2 days then it did. Called company sent list, exactly 0 response. Says dleeps 32. Well there are towels for 18. We had a party of 22. Cookware was disgusting. Main bedroom toilet had no lid and briken seat. One bedroom had broken bed frame. All the light fixtures flickered on and off. Pool was filthy with debris when we got there called right away, they said tomorrow. We cleaned it out ourselves. Several of our part got cut feet from bottom of pool . Allthis was reported, but not one oerson showed up. I would not recommend this to anyone who was looking for a luxury stay. Far from it. Grass had t been mowed so mosquito bites for everyone. We made due, butwere not happy. It was a lot of money for this place and my whole family is dissatisfied

O ky access to lake and we were told we had access spent $$$$ on kake toys ,couldn't use
