What an amazing week our family had staying at Derek’s beautiful condo. The condo is even better than advertised. The location is awesome and the cleanliness was even better. We will definitely be back. Thank you Derek.

The condo was spotless, well decorated, fully furnished and well stocked with everything we needed for a great week at the beach. Communication with Derek was exceptional and made the check in process seamless. The entire property was exceptionally clean and accommodating.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful condo. Everything was very updated, decorated beautifully, and very comfortable. It’s actually prettier in person than what the pictures show. You can not beat the views. The pool and outside area are very nice and the beach access was very easy to get to. Parking was easy
 we really couldn’t have asked for more. The property manager was very informative, made checking in super easy, and was very responsive. Already planning our stay for next year!

The condo was absolutely amazing!! It was beautiful and so clean. The pictures were accurate!!! The people around the area were very nice and we had an amazing view of both the ocean and the city side. I was actually worried because the lrice was competitive and the views were amazing in the pics, I thought it was too good to be true, I was afraid that it would be a flop, it was amazing!! Probably the best we have stayed yet!! Highly recommend!!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. Host was very responsive and accomodating. The place was very clean. It had everything we needed. I even asked if they had a blender and they didn't and he added one so that was amazing. The pictures are very accurate but they do not do these place justice, is breathtaking so I recommend this 10 out of 10. Definitely looking forward to staying with you again. Thank you!.

The condo was in a great location with some good food options close by, and of course, right on the ocean. However, what stood out was the property owner's communication. Everything was as stated, he reached out with great information, and was very prompt with answers. Everything was clean and comfy, and very well laid out. Would absolutely stay here again.
