Basement Trundle: Perfect for kids, featuring two Twin trundle beds (four twin beds total).

Basement Bathroom: A third full bathroom with a stand-up shower is conveniently located downstairs.

The basement also hosts a fully equipped laundry room with complimentary detergent and dryer sheets.

The main floor flows from the entryway through the dining area, which seats eight, and into the modernized kitchen. There is one locked closet with owner supplies in the laundry room.
Please note there is absolutely NO smoking of any kind allowed inside the building.

You may park in the driveway or in the street.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet, established neighborhood in the Sherrelwood area- just west of I-25 and north of Hwy 36. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Reach out if you have any questions.

Getting Around:
It would be easiest to get around with a car, but Uber and Lyft also service the area.

Other Things to Note:
Quiet time starts at 10 pm, please be respectful to our neighbors.
