With space for up to 11 guests, it's the ideal resting space for families, groups, or travelers recharging between their Colorado adventures. Enjoy quality time together in this peaceful getaway, minutes from Denver and Boulder's main highways.

We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Gather around the firepit for smores and good times! Cook up a meal on the charcoal BBQ, please bring your own coals! With the convenience of a 2-car garage and additional parking space on the expansive driveway, parking during your stay is a breeze! Please note there are some small holes in our fence, and a motivated dog could find their way out if left outside unsupervised.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
