Our home is located in beautiful Centennial, Colorado, a community located near the Denver Tech Center, with everything you need just minutes away. Head to the local Starbucks right across the street (you can walk) from the home. If you're looking for a local option, Monk and Mongoose Coffee is just a short drive from home and has great locally roasted options. Grab a bite at Shake Shack, Chuy's Mexican, Torchy's Tacos, Cava, or Toastique Juice and Smoothie Bar, all within walking distance to the home. You'll also find Pindustry across the street with bowling, a full bar, and fun and games for the entire family.

Grocery Options: If you're picking up groceries on your way in, you’ll find a Sprouts and a Safeway both within .5 mile of the home right off of I-25. There is also a Whole Foods market and a King Soopers Grocery store within a few miles of the home. Grocery delivery is also available through DoorDash.

Transportation Tip: There are Uber and Lyft in Denver, so you're set there. There is also a LightRail Train that services many Denver neighborhoods/landmarks. There is an RTD station within walking distance of the home - The Arapahoe Station (approx. 6 minute walk). You can find more information on the RTD website

Two-Story Layout: Please note that this is a bi-level home with entry on the main level and stairs down to the basement level - there is no elevator access.

This home is set up with lots of fun in mind. Please remember we are located in a neighborhood where people live full-time, so we kindly ask guests to respect our space and neighbors during their stay. No Parties, please. Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind (including vape or cannabis) is strictly prohibited both inside the home and in any outdoor area. Violations of this rule will result in a minimum fine of $1,000.

PET POLICY: Pets under 50lb are considered on a case-by-case basis.
$150 pet fee

MINIMUM AGE: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must be staying at the property for the entire reservation. The person booking may not make a reservation on behalf of another group or individual if they will not be present during the stay. By booking, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We may request government-issued identification to verify the age of the primary booking guest.
