Lovely house. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. Excellent location. Stores nearby. We were on the 10th fairway of the golf course. Fun to sit on patio and watch golfers make their way to the green. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to work in. Bring your own coffee. I was surprised. Most VRBOs provide coffee, etc. Host only supplies limited paper towels, toilet paper, etc. not many napkins so we used lots of paper towels and ended up buying more. There for Christmas and host left us with 2 beautiful trees. Nice touch.

This property is outstanding. It is our second time to enjoy this house. The location is great, all the amenities are perfect, lots of room for everyone, very clean and the view of the mountains is so nice. Our family enjoyed our week here for Thanksgiving. The host is easy to reach and provides detailed instructions for the home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Beautiful spacious home for 6 adults and 3 children. Excellent location of hiking near Golden and Boulder. Very close to WaterWorld. Easy to get to downtown Denver for some excellent dinners. Loved having our 50th Anniversary dinner at Acreage, just north of Westminster. Great food and fun for the kids.

Family vacation

This home was perfect for our family reunion! The location couldn’t have been any better for all our day trips.. Breckenridge-Vail-Red Rocks-Rocky Mountain National Park-Royal Mountain Gorge Railroad! The best was the Beautiful sunsets overlooking the golf course!

Beautiful property

Our stay was wonderful. Everything was as described in listing. The property is well maintained. The bedrooms were large and plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was a big hit. The bar is large, plenty of serving pieces for a big group, appliances were very nice and the view from the kitchen is awesome. All of the living spaces were great. Everyone had room to spread out and have fun. The location is also great. So close to many things needed. We were so happy with this choice. It made our Thanksgiving week very special. We will be back!!!!!

Beautiful, large home!

This was a beautiful home. We came out for my brothers wedding, and had 7 adults and 4 children. There was so much space! The listing does a wonderful job describing the house and each room. There is a large downstairs with multiple seating areas, which made it easy for our group. The huge island was our favorite part of the house! All of the appliances we needed were there and cooking was easy. The owner did mention that the pots and pans must be on the stove for it to work, and that is correct, but we still had some difficulties getting it to work every time. Great areas for our family to be together! Multiple living rooms- downstairs, upstairs, and in the basement- made this the perfect place for us. The basement is huge and the ping pong table was so much fun! The master bedroom is beautiful and has great views. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs (3 bathrooms) and an additional bedroom in the basement with its own bathroom. You will have plenty of space! Laundry room was well stocked and easy to do laundry. Views were beautiful from the backyard and we enjoyed sitting at the table in the back. The only thing is that the neighbors are very close and you do not have much privacy in the back. It wasn't an issue for us, but just something to note. Also to note, the front door locks pretty quickly on its own- which is good for safety, but just be sure to memorize the code if you don't have your phone with you! We were very pleased with this house and really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful vacation house

This is a beautiful house in a quiet residential neighborhood. The photos do not do justice to how spacious and comfortable it is. It is a perfect place for a gettogether of family, friends, or colleagues. I would recommend this house to others, and I hope to have an opportunity to rent it again in the future.
