The city meets the mountains in this well appointed townhome that is stocked with all the amenities your party is seeking. This property is centrally located just west of Denver and is only 15 minutes from so many great destinations (downtown Denver, Mile High Stadium, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Golden). It is an ideal location for those seeking easy access to both the surrounding foothills and big city lights of Denver. If you are looking for a retreat that offers everyone in your party privacy...then this townhome has exactly what you need. Each bedroom is appointed with its own private en suite and television...which gives each person a chance to relax and unwind in their own space. We have also provided a washer and dryer for those who may wish to stay longer or didn't pack accordingly.

If you're looking for a place that has a fully decked out kitchen with brand new appliances, dishes, and utensils you don't need to look any further. We've ensured cooking during your stay is a breeze with a gas range, microwave and dishwasher. Enjoy coffee each morning from your Keurig and feel free to whip up breakfast, lunch or dinner. Or if you prefer, Belmar is six short blocks away and offers a plethora of delicious dining options...including Wasabi Sushi Bar, Little India, The Rock Wood Fired Pizza, Tstreet Roadhouse, Chuy's, Bar Louie, In N Out Burger and many more.

You'll have access to our two car garage, and there are plenty of off street parking spaces available too. Parkview Townhomes is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and is across the street from the Lakewood Link Recreation Center and Skate Park. Sent my wife, sister and their friend out to Denver to attend a concert at Red Rock. It was their first time traveling to Denver and the trip was amazing. This property was part of why the trip was amazing. Super nice condo with great amenities, etc. We’ll definitely be back.

Perfect for our party having bathrooms with each bedroom. The layout was functional and clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved the vibe. It was a great place to relax and unwind. Host was accommodating and allowed us to check in a little early and check out later. Overall it was a great experience and will be sharing with friends if they plan to visit the Denver area.

My son and I came to town to go to Red Rocks and this townhome was perfect! It was only 20 minutes to the venue and close to any food you might desire! The townhome was comfortable and I can tell the owners care about the guests. I’d recommend and hope to be back again!

Softball trip

Not the best area. Beware garage will not hold anything over a Toyota Highlander and close. There is a ring camera that monitors back door. Cleaning needs worked on. Floors needed mopped on arrival to walk with no shoes. Master bathroom floor was disgusting with excessive dust and hairballs. Water pressure was non existent in master shower. Owner had us use a kitchen towel for a leaking toilet, so please don’t use the kitchen towels!!! Make sure to take pictures of EVERYTHING even if it’s not damaged! We were charged for a damaged item, only 39 whatever. (Never even touched the foldable ottoman in the LR) But the fact she did not have pictures to prove it was NOT broken prior to our arrival. Owner communicated well during stay, not after with issues.

Nice place near red rocks

Friends and I were in town to see a concert at red rocks. Finding this place near the amphitheater was a great find. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. We all enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we go back.

The townhouse was in immaculate condition and very clean. Communication from the owner was excellent - she even checked on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. The townhouse worked perfectly for our family. We will definitely be back and will recommend to friends & family traveling to the area.

This place is a great place to stay if you want a little distance from downtown and easy access to the mountains. There are some good eatery options close by in Belmar. Very clean, cute property with a well stocked kitchen.

Great stay!

We stayed a long weekend for my daughter’s baby shower. The condo was perfect. Each bedroom has an en-suite bath, very nice. The beds are very comfortable and linens nice. It was spotlessly clean. Also convenient to have the use of the garage. It’s in a great location, for us anyway. It is quiet. I will be returning and will not hesitate to rent again. Owners are very responsive
