We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

During your stay, you'll have exclusive use of the lower level unit of the duplex with a dedicated entrance. Additionally, the driveway is shared with the upper-level unit, but it should have ample space for all guest vehicles. The upper level unit can also be rented separately, and may be occupied by other guests during your stay.
Please note that there are a few outbuildings on the property that you will not have access to and there are commercial garages, cars, and trailers behind the home.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms welcome you after a day of exploring Denver. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and its own TV, while each of the three additional bedrooms includes a queen bed. Soft linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades create a calming setting designed for restful nights.
Living spaces
The open-plan living area is designed for connection and comfort. A cozy sectional is set in front of a 65" Smart TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up after a day out. A second TV in one of the bedrooms gives added flexibility, while high-speed Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection ensure you can stay connected for streaming, browsing, or remote work.
Kitchen & dining
Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, a flat-top stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and stocked cookware. Morning routines are simple with a coffee maker, hot water kettle, and toaster. The dining table seats six, making it a natural gathering spot for shared meals.
Bathrooms
Two remodeled bathrooms provide convenience for groups, with glass-enclosed showers, spacious vanities, and hotel-style toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and shower gel.
Amenities
Practical touches include in-unit washer and dryer, heating, air conditioning, and portable fans. Families will appreciate the pack ’n play/travel crib, board games, and babysitter recommendations. Essentials such as towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided, along with safety features including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

This makes it easy to get around the city and explore all that East Denver has to offer. The nearest station to the home is located within a short distance and can be reached by bus or bike.
Additionally, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also available in the area, providing another convenient option for transportation.
Please be aware that this unit is the lower suite of an up/down duplex, and the upper unit is also available for rent. Each unit has its own dedicated entrance. Additionally, the driveway is shared with the upper-level unit, but it should have ample space for all guest vehicles.
