The lower level of this duplex is occupied by a quiet, long-term tenant who has their own private entrance, patio, laundry area, and garage. You may occasionally see them in the driveway, but they do not share any interior or exterior living spaces with guests.
The hot tub is prioritized for guest use, and every effort is made to ensure it remains private during your stay. Please note that two kitchen closets are reserved for storage, and the smaller garage/driveway space is set aside for the tenant’s use.

Downtown Denver and Boulder are both a quick 15–20 minute drive, and you'll find plenty of shopping, restaurants, and essentials within a 5-minute drive.
