Welcome to our Arvada Retreat! 🏡✨



Local Roots: I'm Julie, raised right here in Arvada, near the charming chimes of St. Anne's. I know every corner of this town and adore it deeply! My husband and I cherished living in this house, and now we're thrilled to share its warmth and character with you!



• The Ralston is a leisurely 5-minute stroll to Olde Town Arvada's delightful restaurants and bars... with the bonus of FREE and easy street parking :)

• It's also has convenient light rail access: Zip into downtown Denver in 20 minutes. Rockies, Nuggets, and Broncos fans, rejoice!

• Red Rocks concerts and Boulder adventures are just a 20-30 minute drive away.



NOT your typical vacation rental:

• The private and fully fenced backyard is a 4 season oasis complete with a HOT TUB, a patio with out sectional & FIRE PIT, and in the summer... an outdoor movie screen/projector!

Bathroom: Enjoy a relaxing bath or shower, with all essentials provided.



Laundry Room: Complete with washer, dryer, and necessary supplies.



Lush Yards: A beautifully manicured front lawn and a spacious, pet-friendly backyard.

Guest Access:

Parking is free on the street in front of the house! There is also parking in the backyard driveway (2 cars tandem) but it's often difficult to get the fence open from the alley so most guests park on the street.



The Neighborhood:

Olde Town Arvada is right on the edge of the city of Denver with a historic downtown area that is one of the Denver hotspots with craft breweries, restaurants, and shops. It has a small town feel within a big city. With the light rail stop (G line) right in Olde Town, visitors can get into downtown Union station in 20 minutes to attend a Rockies, Broncos, Nuggets,or Avalanche game, go see a show at the incredible Denver Center for the Performing Arts, one of the many Museums, or enjoy a night on the town! Arvada is the place where gold was first found in the Denver area and you'll find Olde Town to be warm and hospitable. Arvada is also known for it's walking/biking trails. The city plan includes a trail no further than 10 minute walking distance from any house!



Getting Around:

DRIVING: Depending on the time of day, it's about a 40 minute drive from the airport. From Downtown, about a 15 minute drive.



PUBLIC TRANSPORT: From the airport, about an hour commute (A-line & G-line). 20 minutes to downtown on the G line
