I really enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and well-kept. Good location too, walkable to restaurants and easily drivable to downtown. Washer and dryer were a great bonus!

Was in town for a quick work trip and so happy to have found this place. Cozy, quiet and super clean with a comfy bed. Great location close to plenty of food and cafes too. Would definitely stay again.

Property was exactly as described! Super convenient location and parking! It was perfect for the wedding downtown we were attending. And the host was able to get the room ready early for us. Will absolutely use again next time we find ourselves in Denver!

Love the location. Walking distance to coffeehouses, restaurants and shops. Very comfortable bed and had everything I needed. Having a washer & dryer was a bonus!

Hannah was great to work with throughout our stay. She communicated well, and her place was very clean, cute, and cozy. She went above and beyond with providing recommendations around the area and having a few snacks, drinks, laundry, and toiletry items available. She made the entire process smooth and effortless. Would highly recommend! :)

We had such a great stay on this property. We appreciated the extra things such as a couple snacks, trash bags, the brita and laundry detergent. It does get slightly warm so keeping the window open from the evening until the morning is perfect as well as keeping the fan(s) on consistently. Thank you, Hannah!

Hannah’s directions are spot on, always nervous about finding a place but it was so easy. Having a parking spot is always a plus for me!! Tiny little basement apartment was perfect for what we needed!

After searching all rental platforms, I finally came across this getaway perfectly located for my trip. The entire lower level was designed with renters in mind. The bed & futon were super comfy and the entire place was spotless. Check in was super easy and Hannah the host was quick to respond and provide helpful tips to getting around town to find things to do and places to eat/grab coffee. Tons of restaurants and shopping just a mile away and just a 15 minute drive to Broadway. If I come back to Denver, I’d check back here to see if this rental is available! Comfy and cozy and overall a great place to stay. Great host!

All I can say is we will book this space again, ever we be this way.Our host was very response! The tiny two person space was cared for and provided what you need when traveling. Just a nice place. A little basement suite was really cute and very clean with lots of well appointed amenities. If on a small scale! I appreciated the brita pitcher in the mini fridge. It was a short walk to a bustling area that has a really nice weekend farmers market. Really, the only con is that it might be a little crowded with two people staying together even if you really liked each other!

Good simple layout. All we needed for a 2 night stay.Instructions for parking and entry were easy and Straight forward. Centrally located, easy to walk 2 blocks to the Farmers market and Oktoberfest. Never heard upstairs neighbors. Despite no direct AC, apt stays cool, almost too cold at night now that weather is changing. Thank you!

Cozy Property

Check in was easy. The property owner left very clear and concise instructions which was helpful since we got in so late. Everything was very cute and cozy. Plenty of little things like snacks and Kuerig pods for the coffee maker were a comforting touch. Having a washer/drier in the unit really helped since we spent a few days hiking in the area and returning home with clean clothes is always refreshing. Our stay was awesome and the neighborhood was very safe and quiet. Thank you!

Nice Area to Stay in Denver

It was nice to be so close to several coffee shops within a ten minute walk. The assigned parking spot is a plus. I used the outdoor patio every day. It was a nice, quiet place to relax. The bed was comfortable, although it was higher off the ground than I expected. You have to do some climbing to get into the bed and you have to crawl over another person's feet if you sleep next to the wall. The streets going towards Highland Square are nice and shady for walks during the day.Overall I enjoyed my stay.
