Denver 3bed/2 bath with spacious backyard

Beautiful Denver duplex nestled a few minutes away from the bustle of the city. A centrally located stay, we are less than thirty minutes drive to downtown Denver, Boulder, Old Town Arvada, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and forty minutes from Denver International Airport (DEN). A hop on the highway will take you to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Winter Park, or Rocky Mountain National Park in about an hour and a half. We are happy for you to bring your furry friends along and have a spacious backyard for a game of fetch or firing up the BBQ. No matter the itinerary, you’ll never run out of things to see, eat, and do during your stay with us!

The master boasts a queen bed and en suite bath. Next you’ll find two additional bedrooms each sporting a full size bed made of luxury memory foam. The kitchen is newly renovated with all the amenities you could ever need including a dishwasher, coffee maker, pots and pans, plates, and eating utensils. You’ll also find a cozy living room with extra blankets, a 65” Roku TV, a pull-out couch that converts into another queen mattress, and board games enjoyable for all ages. The backyard boasts a fire pit, BBQ grill, covered patio, and lots of space for kids or critters to get out their energy in the warm Colorado air.

**NOTE: This rental is for the upstairs unit of a duplex: the rental includes the entire top floor of the property, driveway, and backyard, and private front door entrance. We live in the downstairs unit (separate entrance) and you won't see or hear from us during your stay.

You will be sent a unique entry code to the front door on the morning of your arrival.

We just added a brand new washer/dryer to the unit! It can be found in the entryway closet. Detergent & dryer sheets are in the hallway closet. Please keep the door open when running the dryer to allow proper air circulation.

The entire house was clean and well stocked. The layout was perfect for us and we had plenty of room in the bedrooms and living space. Kitchen/dining room were beautiful. The hosts were amazing, super friendly and very understanding and helpful. The yard was beautiful and perfect for our dog, and the location was perfect for us. The neighborhood was very safe and walkable. We highly recomend this property.

Huge backyard for our dog was fantastic. Old town was beautiful. Plenty of space for our family of 4. The host book with tips for the area was helpful. 2 bathrooms was great and welcome snack basket with s’mores kit for the firepit.

Excellent home near both Boulder and Denver

It was perfect! It was between both Denver and boulder and the hosts were super quick to respond when we had issues with the coffee machine and replaced it the day of! I can’t say enough nice things this was an excellent place to stay and would absolutely come back for my next trip to Colorado

Great pet-friendly location

This was the perfect location for us to visit our Mines student and partake of early-morning activity at Red Rocks. Our dog loved the backyard and we enjoyed the fire feature.Everything was clean and exactly as presented in the listing. We'll definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Just what we needed!

My cousins and I were looking for a place to stay that would enable us to visit Denver as well as Golden and Red Rocks - with minimal driving. This place was perfect. It is 20 minutes from all of the locations we were interested in seeing - the house itself was clean and quiet. We had a flawless experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore all that Denver and it's surrounding areas have to offer.

Nice Home in a Nice Neighborhood

This house was in a great central location for all of the activities on our trip. We did several day trips to various places outside of Denver - RMNP, Garden of the Gods and Red Rocks. The neighborhood is quiet, felt safe, and is near grocery stores, etc. The house itself had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer. Communication with the hosts leading up to our stay was outstanding. They responded quickly to all of my questions and they were wonderful to work with. We would stay here again!

Great home for you and your pets!

This is a great house in a great neighborhood with a fabulous backyard if you bring dogs. We had two 25 lb active guys who loved racing around the big backyard. People have complained about the mattresses but we all loved them. I meant to look under the mattress cover to check the brand but kept forgetting, a firm memory foam mattress and the three adults had no complaints. Pillows and bedding were great as well. Ceiling fans are always a welcome addition and each bedroom had one. The kitchen was great with an island, very nice dishes, maybe a few more serving dishes would be welcome. We really enjoyed our stay, it was close to I-70, our friends in Golden, the grocery store, great location with ample parking and access to everything. About 25-35 minutes to the airport with minimal traffic. We highly recommend. Thank you Amanda and Kevin.

Cozy and Convenient

The lodgings were comfortably appointed with all the right amenities. Nice touches included some snacks and fun board games as well as easy wifi access and quick communication with the hosts. Overall, a very pleasant and easy stay.

Adequate Accommodation

The house was clean and adequate. I would suggest a dresser or closet organizer to put clothes away in the Master bedroom. Definitely need more utensils only 1 knife! Beds weren’t very comfortable. Also, while hosts were responsive because they live downstairs. We could hear them at times and made it a bit uncomfortable.
