Summary:

Cute 3 bed 1.5 bath home with higher end remodel. Quartz counters, under cabinet lighting, central heat and air, Wifi, Fire TV for streaming. Keurig provided with coffee pods and fully equipped kitchen. Private carport and on street parking. House sits on its own city block. This is centrally located to DIA, Dicks Sporting Goods, The New Greyhound Park Development, and just a short Uber or drive Downtown Denver.

I loved the keyless entry. Directions on entry and communication with Jeremiah was easy and seamless. The proximity of the home was perfect! Right between my two kids in Denver and Littleton. Thanks for hosting us!

The house was very clean and just as pictured! In a very convenient central Denver area location with easy freeway access, and the host was really great with communications. We had plenty of room, comfortable beds and the kitchen was well equipped; a nice touch was the Keurig pods provided - thanks! Highly recommended!

The host is extremely attentive. Always a quick and thorough response. The check in was easy. The house was immaculate. Safety fire detectors in place. The bedrooms bedding was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were extremely clean. Washer and dryer was awesome. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cookware and a coffee maker of both kinds. Great wifi and access to all the network stations as well. Extremely happy with this rental. My only concern was the town of Commerce City… Thumbs down for the town, but the neighborhood was decent and quiet. Thank you Island in the city for your hospitality

The property seemed clean. The kitchen was pretty well equipped, though we used it less than our typical. We ended up walking to/from the soccer stadium for a concert. It was easy enough to get Uber/Lyft for other trips. The host has been very responsive to me post trip as we attempt to recover headphones my husband left behind.

Great Stay

This property was clean, had supplies we needed, and plenty of space. We enjoyed our stay here. The only thing we would change is the location. Cars drove by very loudly on the busy street next to the house, which occasionally disrupted our sleep. Other than that, we have no complaints. Thank you for the great stay!

Quite literally an island with framed by streets on all 4 sides. Had no issues and host checked in regularly. It's not really in the heart of anything, but everything we wanted to go to was only a 10-15 min drive. I recommend staying there!

This property was truly on a land island! Neighborhood was ok. Quiet and close to grocery, restaurants and exprssway. The property only had 1 1/2 bathrooms; not 2 full. One bedroom in back by garage smelled like cat urine. We did see a stray on the outside of the property. Otherwise it was clean and served our purpose. Did not receive checkout instructions until the day after we left.

The interior of the house was laid out well, the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Including a crockpot which we used multiple times over our week. The only issue we had was not enough toilet paper or paper towels. We had several girls on this trip so it could be that we just use more than most. Lol! The host was very responsive in getting us into the property a little early. Other than a few solicitors dropping by, our stay was wonderful and we had a great time!

This property was conveniently located between the wedding venue location we were in town for and the airport. The inside was cute and tidy and the owner was very responsive. The outside of the property needs some attention; we drove past twice, unconvinced it was the right place because it looked so unkempt.

Denver get away

Loved the property and the location. Would encourage property owners to change description of bathrooms. There was only one shower with bathtub and other was only a half bath. Might not be suitable for a person with special needs.

I love the location it was 10-15 minutes from everything, we felt safe in the neighborhood and communication with property owner was good. I was hoping for 2 showers, it’s only 1 shower. We booked this property based on 2 showers since that’s how it was listed. I would book again if it’s only 2 people not a group of 4 or more.

A great opportunity.

Three men not used to traveling without their women called Jeremiah's place home for a few days while visiting the Stock Show. The location was great, the home was super comfortable and the whole thing felt smooth and easy. Everyone slept well. This is definitely a place to return to. Thank you!
