The listing states fireplace and firepit, property has neither.There is only one smoke detector located in dining aera. Code wise should have one smoke detector in each bedroom. The dining room chairs are low cheap plastic chairs, and one was broken. The thermostat located upstairs with the host, unable to control temp. Host state quiet time 10:00pm to 10:00 am. However very noisy after 10:00 pm from up stairs. More than the walking upstairs noise, sounded like moving furniture.

Very clean and roomy. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of comgortable pillows. Well stocked with spices dishes etc. Excellent wifi internet. No problems at all with streaming on tv. It was downstairs but i never heard any noise from upstairs. Jonathon responded to questions in a very timely manner. Would definitely stay again. Nice gas weber grill. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

First lets start with the positive: the property owner is very responsive and the property has been updated in many ways. Our booking was for one adult and one child and the property owner allowed my husband and second child to visit on weekends without additional charge. I work remotely and needed a good internet connection and had no issues. The description is fairly on point, except that I wouldn't consider it a full two bedrooms as one of the bedrooms has a curtain as a wall separating the living area from the "bedroom." The other thing I would have appreciated being highlighted is that there is no off street parking. It is located on a very busy street with limited parking, especially when the owners or neighbors have people over. Since this property is a downstairs apartment, it has very little light and there were many spiders killed during our stay. There is not a thermostat for the downstairs and so you are stuck with whatever temperature the upstairs tenants choose. It was summer during our three week stay, but VERY cold downstairs and we had to bundle up while we were there but it was hot outside so we would have to change clothes to shorts/t-shirt to go out. Whenever the upstairs tenants walk upstairs it is very apparent and I had a three year old with me and I'm sure they could hear him as well. Overall, it met our needs as far as having good internet, a full kitchen and washer and dryer which were the main things we needed for our stay.

Great place for the price, especially for a long stay!

Jon was a very helpful and an accommodating host. He put in more lights in the bathroom when we asked and gave us more access to towels and things since we were staying a month. He would check in from time to time to let us know he was there if we needed anything. He was always quick to respond to messages as well. The place is nicely stocked, and having the washer and dryer was very helpful! You could hear them upstairs (and I'm sure vice/versa) but all got quiet at a decent nighttime hour. I liked that we had our own entrance. There were some things that could be worked on (finishing touches), but overall, and for the really good price, it was a nice and cozy place with plenty of stores close by. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Overall not bad

Not a bad place. Would have probably not stayed here if the listing did not say they had a hot tube. When we got there there was not a hot tub. Owner did correct the listing. I would have like the rules to this property before the time to get refunded. And only other issue was the a/c control was upstairs with the owner. But I would have to say overall not a bad spot. Owners are nice people.
