We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

On the lower level, a suite with twin XL Murphy beds can be separated by curtains for added privacy, and a bonus air mattress provides flexibility for larger groups.
Bathrooms
Three and a half bathrooms are spread across the home, ensuring convenience for all. The master ensuite includes a generous vanity, the guest bath features a full tub, and the lower-level bath has a newly renovated walk-in shower. With bathrooms available on every floor, comfort and privacy are always close at hand.

Traveling with little ones is made simple thanks to a range of baby and child amenities, including a high chair, Pack ’n Play, crib, baby bath, and children’s dinnerware. Exploring Denver and its amazing surroundings is easy with a rental car or ride-share service. Denver's public transportation system is reliable, but it doesn't provide the same level of freedom as having your own vehicle. To get the most out of your stay, we suggest renting a car or using a ride-share service.
Please note that we have moved the air hockey table to the garage to create more space for the Murphy beds. Also note, there is a tool kit in the laundry room, if needed.
Our house is not suitable for parties or loud music enthusiasts. Quiet hours commence at 10 pm. To ensure everyone's comfort, we've installed noise monitoring devices that gauge decibel levels during these hours; please rest assured, that they do not record or listen to audio.
