Plant Filled Guest Suite Hosted By Nonprofit

This welcoming suite in a quiet Denver neighborhood will instantly make you feel at home. Charming plants and local artwork fill the space, so you can enjoy a slice of Denver culture from the comfort of the living room. The rental is located in the front half of our house. It is attached to, but separated from, our living space by locking French doors. Although you may be able to hear us occasionally, we have a separate entrance so you will have the space all to yourself with complete privacy.

*We are a married couple who live on the opposite end of the house (we have a separate entrance in the back.)* We have a German shepherd/Corgi Mix named Rocket. You may hear him bark occasionally.

The suite has three bedrooms and one full bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen bed with cotton sheets and a cozy down comforter. A kitchenette, dining area, and living space in the suite ensure you’ll have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Should you need anything at all, we are just a quick message away! We are always happy to help ensure your stay is the best experience possible.

Beautiful walking/bike trails and a city park w/ lake are just blocks away. Public transportation available at the end of the street. Liquor store, several food options, and gym within walking distance (~5 blocks)

Each bedroom has a TV, ceiling fan, and tower fan. You are welcome to adjust the thermostat (located in the living room) to your comfort level, but please be mindful as it controls the entire home. Also note it is a smart thermostat and may adjust from time to time. Extra blankets can be found in the closet of each room as well.

The front porch is all yours to enjoy as well and has two rocking chairs for ultimate relaxation. You are welcome to partake in "Colorado activities" on the front porch. Please do not smoke anything inside.

If you are a musician, this space is for you! Our full music studio in the basement is sure to impress and entertain. Ask about our recording sessions or a tour from TJ to check it out! We also have a nonprofit that provides music education to underprivileged youth called Wealth In Community Knowledge or The WICK.

Note: We strive to use eco-friendly cleaning products when possible. You won't find any harsh or intense scents in our home. We also recycle and compost, and do what we can to reduce our total environmental impact. A portion of your stay directly funds our non-profit services which include sustainability and gardening education along with music lessons, specifically underprivileged youth. We appreciate your support!
