• Security cameras only at driveway/front gate and over alley in back of yard (no cameras in private or yard spaces)
• Free parking driveway at front of house 1-2 cars, tandem, + free street parking is plentiful.
• Note: the yard is a shared space. Hot tub is private and will not be shared with the owner.
