Large home with 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a large kitchen and lovely outdoor space!

Plenty of space for your family or friends, comfy beds and the best linens, games in the walkout basement, gym with smart TV to stream your favorite workouts, outdoor area with hot tub (You agree to our hot tub rules upon booking this property (see photos or rental agreement)) , fire pit and outdoor dining. Quiet neighborhood. Close to fun restaurants and breweries (not walkable). Beautiful park only blocks away. Centrally located to highways and airport to get you to the city, to the mountains, or anywhere else you're traveling to.

The downstairs has a shuffle board, foosball table and 412 Game Cocktail Arcade Game, Movie Theater with 5.1 surround sound! Work out in the gym complete with a rower, treadmill, some weights and yoga equipment. Play games, watch movies (please no food or drink on any carpets), hang out, you may never leave!

The hot tub is so nice on a cold night. You agree to all hot tub rules when you book and we will charge for any extra cleaning or damage ($300) - don't be gross in here (see hot tub rules in photos/rental agreement). Sit around the fire and chat or eat a meal on the custom outdoor table.

4 rooms upstairs:
-King bedroom, with sofa bed and private bathroom
-king bedroom, with sofa bed
-Full bunk bed
-Twin bunkbed (this room is off of the kitchen)

2 rooms downstairs:
-2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 beds total)
-King bed

Caboose:
The caboose adds a new, fun element to this rental, including 3 more beds! Please inquire about adding it to your rental ($150-200/night)!

Fun and unique space with everything you need for some extra privacy or for a larger group. This is a real caboose on actual train tracks that we have renovated to have a full kitchen, bathroom and two sleeping areas.
Sleeps 4 comfortably.

-2 twin beds in the loft
-Queen bed on main floor

Cost to add on to booking: $100/night (this is in order to keep our cleaning fees low).

***GROUPS LARGER THAN 16 PEOPLE MUST RENT THE CABOOSE!***

Propane for fire pit is not included. Rentals are available at Butts Rental (1 mile away).
All bunk beds are safe, but a little wobbly, please be aware of this.

Please be respectful of our neighbors and us (We live next door).

Absolutely no smoking in the house under any circumstances. We will charge the guest if we smell smoke in the house. Please remove your shoes upon arrival. Any noise complaints will be directed to the local police department.

EV charging - $10/day - please inquire.

Guests do NOT have access to the garage.
