We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please feel free to contact us via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Centennial is located south of Denver and is known for its picturesque hills, valleys and recreational trails including Dry Creek Dam, DeKoevend Park, Highline Canal Trail, Willow Creek Trail and the Big & Little Dry Creek Trails. Our retreat offers a peaceful suburban setting while being conveniently located near popular destinations such as The Streets of Southglenn, Denver Tech Center, Park Meadows Mall and downtown Denver.

Living and gathering spaces
Inside, two inviting living areas make it easy to spread out or come together. The main floor features a bright, open-concept living room with a cozy sectional and Smart TV, flowing seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped galley kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and cooking basics allow you to prepare everything from quick snacks to family feasts. Downstairs, a second lounge doubles as a game den, complete with foosball, a giant Connect 4, and another Smart TV - a great spot for kids and adults alike.

Sleeping arrangements
With five thoughtfully designed bedrooms, everyone has a private place to unwind. The upstairs master suite offers a king bed, Roku TV, and ensuite bathroom for extra comfort. Another king and a queen room upstairs provide space for more guests, while the lower level adds two more bedrooms: one with a queen, and another with both a queen and a twin bed. Fresh linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades ensure restful nights for all.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms make mornings and evenings stress-free, with bright lighting, large mirrors, and a mix of walk-in showers and a shower/tub combination. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plush towels add a touch of convenience.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a private backyard designed for downtime. The covered patio is perfect for al fresco dining, evening BBQs, or simply relaxing with a book while enjoying the Colorado air. With outdoor furniture and space to play, it’s a comfortable extension of the home.

A Pack ’n Play, high chair, washer and dryer, and ample parking make this home especially practical for families. Pets are welcome too, with a small fee. For peace of mind, you’ll also find smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Though we recommend renting a car during your stay, our home is located close to many amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and lots of other retail.
