    The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with perfect access to the surrounding park, frisbee golf course, and creek-side bike path. Enjoy your time outdoors in beautiful Colorado!

    The Space - ¡Bienvenido a casa! Our home was originally built in 1913 and updated in the late 2000’s. The original wood floors give the home an eclectic charm while updates appliances and furnishings provide all the comforts of modern day. With three spacious bedrooms the whole family can be easily accommodated!

    This one story home has a great semi-open floor plan to help maximize space for our guests. Enjoy the living area with a flatscreen television, Apple TV and design, travel and photography books.
    The kitchen is the perfect place to gather with family and friends—plenty of seating for all!

    Avoid the hassle for looking for parking before the big game or concerts at Mile High Stadium! The home is just a short 10 minute walk to the stadium, and there are plenty of great tailgating spots along the way. Get in the spirit with orange and blue just like the locals do!

    Visit Paco Sánchez Park just steps across the street from the home. It’s the perfect place to connect with nature or enjoy some friendly frisbee golf competition. After a long day in the city experience Colorado’s beauty from the front porch or back deck located just off of the master ensuite!
    Guest access
    Access to the house is with a keyless smart lock providing you with freedom to check in when it's more convenient for you! We will provide you with a lock code. You'll have full access to the property including the backyard!
    Other things to note
    - Please no smoking in the house. If you go outside for a smoke please collect any cigarette butts and dispose them. Thank you!

    - We realize that your trip to Colorado might be celebratory but please no parties or events in the house.

    - We are certainly ok with you enjoying yourself, but please be cognizant of neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum. No outside noise after 11 pm.

    - Soft linens, clean towels, soaps, dish-ware, kitchen utensils, dish soap, paper towels among other things to make your stay amazing will be provided for you!

Great host, communicated with me with anything we needed. The house was clean and had all the amenities including extra drinks/snacks. The house was a 13 minute walk to the stadium which was totally convenient. Would definitely recommend this property for a great place to stay and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Army Football Game

Perfect location for our stay to go watch Army Football crush undefeated Air Force! The house is right next to then park, and it was an easy walk thru the park to the stadium (Empower/Mile High) for the game. Andres was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions I had. The home was clean, cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed.

Honest Perspective

I booked this property with some apprehension. There was only one review from a year ago, however, it was a 5 star review so I decided to move forward my reservation. The owner was very kind, he was quick to respond to questions and even left some beverages in the refrigerator for us with a nice note. The property seemed generally clean, there were few cobwebs, but nothing unbearable. Unfortunately, there was a separate AC unit in the back room, vented out of the back window that caused us some concerns in regards to safety. The back of the property left a bit to be desired, it was mostly dirt, faced a fast food restaurant and had a jacuzzi covered with a tarp and bricks. It wasn’t an area that felt welcoming. My group and I had concerns about our safety, but considered consulting a local before making any decisions. We went to dinner and asked the owner of the restaurant about the area where we were staying. The restaurant owner stated it was not a safe area to stay and recommended finding a different location. I reached out to the owner to voice our concerns, he stated there had never been an issue with crime at the property since he had owned it, that he would remove the ac vent from the window and the jacuzzi was not on the listing. In the end my group did not feel comfortable so we cancelled our reservation and found an area that felt safer. FYI, we were still charged the full amount for the stay, however, the cancellation policy is quite clear.
