No room felt too congested even when we all gathered in the living room. Everytime I called the host answered and got back to me in a timely fashion. “Such a unique and lovely spot! Perfect for our weekend getaway. So many small touches that made us feel so welcomed. I didn’t pay attention to the pictures to notice it’s lifted out of the water, but with the wind & rain overnight we were thankful as we still heard the water lapping underneath but didn’t get the same rolling all of the nearby docked boats had. Just steps from the Big Owl Tiki Bar where we had the best crabcake sandwiches. Will definitely be back, thanks again! ”

“Clean. Very close to Inner Harbor. Was described as having Wi-Fi, but didn't have it. TV didn't work because of no Wi-Fi. No ice maker and no ice forms to make ice. The furnishing and set up of the pictured appartment does not match the actual place. Upon check in I sent a message to host with a question, but never got a response. ”

“The Oaks is in an absolutely perfect location and checks all the boxes a large family needs for a stay. We booked it for our wedding at the AYC for close family and it was far superior to booking 6 hotel rooms where everyone would have been locked in their own rooms. They hung out and spent a great time together on the main level. It was nice to be at a historic home with all the fun quirks. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend! ”
