“Stayed with my husband and 2 kids. The house is old, dirty, and the host clearly lied about number of bedrooms. It is 2 bedrooms, not 3. Furniture is old and broken. Pillows are stained. Carpet and entire house is dirty. There was no cleaning prior to our arrival. The kitchen had mops and cleaning supplies out, no trash bags in trashcan. The kitchen was not usable. Overall, it was a terrible stay, would not recommend, will never come back! ”

“We didn’t stay. We when arrived, instead of a room in the guest house, we were expected to stay in a tentlike structure. In addition, the bathroom facilities were outdoor showers and commodes that required a climb up a set of stairs. Luckily we were able to secure a room at another facility. The owner supposedly requested a refund for me but I haven’t heard whether this has been approved.”

“Very Clean! Response time from Management was amazing if you have a question or problem! When checking in you will have to call the front desk to receive the entry code. Overall 10/10 stay!”

“Overall place was great and was in perfect location for our family trip to a ravens game. However we were looking forward to the fire pit on the roof but there was no full propane tanks. There was multiple empty propane tank”

“It was great. The host met us when we arrived. Very friendly. The whole family was welcoming. The courage was very clean and had all that we needed. There was a great set of play equipment for our granddaughter and our hosts had as granddaughter The same age. The two of them got along great. This was one of the best VRBO experiences yet. ”

“I took my three daughters on a girls weekend trip and wanted to do something different… This houseboat was perfect! Not only did it have every amenity we could need, but the rooftop was spectacular, the home was modern and efficient, and Brian was an amazing host!”

“We had 14 family members join us to celebrate my son’s graduation from the Naval Academy. The house is clean, the rooms were great, the property was beautiful, and it was close to USNA. Our family loved the open concept. ”

“This was our 1st time in Maryland. We wanted a place on the water and that was able sleeps 8 adults and 5 children ages 5-16 comfortably. This home was perfect! The home was situated on the lake with a dock. It had 5 bedrooms (4 bedrooms with king size beds) and a sleeper in the living room area. Plenty of beach towels, fishing rods, access to canoe and kayak. Easy communication with owner and hassle free check-in. We would return and recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing...
