“Tycker om hotellet med servicen varit dålig. Receptionen hade ingen känsla för service och mitt rum var inte städat när jag kom tillbaka efter en lång arbetsdag.”

“Very dirty suite room, hair in shower, cracked sink in bathroom, broken molding in bathroom, broken toilet seat. Very poor service at front desk. This hotel is very out-dated and needs a major renovation, would never recommend this hotel. ”

“The hotel was located in a ruff area. Lot of broken people outside the lobby entrance. The police came to the Hotell street several times a day. The people in the reception/lobby don’t know anything about Baltimore. The receptionist had to ask the nice old cleaner in the lobby we’re the train station were located. Our hotel room was very dirty. Guests that the hotel were very high on drugs. We pay 320$/night for this crappy Hotel. ”

“The Front Desk Staff is exceptional - welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The room was nice. Only the closet door was a little rickety. The restaurant staff was also very good.”

“A nicely designed hotel which made use of an historic building. It’s very convenient to parking and walkable to many places in the Washington Heights area. The staff was great and the restaurant was a big step above most hotel restaurants.”

“Our anniversary stay at Days Inn turned into one of the most frustrating hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We arrived around noon and asked about early check-in. The assistant general manager was very pleasant and advised us to wait until 12:30 p.m. before entering the parking garage so we wouldn’t be charged for two days, which I appreciated. “Ligger nära hamnen där allt händer. Gångavstånd till Oriole Park (såg Bruce Springsteen där). Bekväm säng, stort rum med kök och en soffa. Bra frukost. Super vänlig personal.”
