“Very nice view and nice apartment. Elie was friendly and provided immediate help for check in. The apartment however was very dirty, dust was everywhere, we couldn't even walk on the floor without feeling all the dust everywhere and on surfaces. The beds were very uncomfortable and made noise every time we made a small move or sat on them. No ACs in the flat is an issue in the summer for sure. “The place is nice, the balcony is the best part but there were some very basic, fixable issues: 1. there was no hot water. 2. The safe was broken (they said every safe in the hotel was broken). 3. They didn't even stock toilet paper (and there was not shatafa also... But for the price and location it's a nice place if you want to be in Mar Mikhail. ”
