“I stayed here two years ago, and it was the first time I gave a hotel 10/10. I came back this year very aware that Lebanese hotels tend to get worse by time. But here it wasn’t. The hotel is very unique comparing to ALL Lebanese hotels I stayed at. The level of professionalism is unparalleled in Lebanon. Staff are great and well trained, you don’t see ‘I hate my job’ faces, wether at restaurants, reception or the shuttle drivers. Speaking about the shuttle services they have, I didn’t use it...

“Je suis arrives tardivement et Monsieur M. m’a reçu avec bienveillance et gentillesse. Comme mon petit frere et moi ne supportons pas la cigarette donc nous avions parler avec le manager par whatsapp avant notre arrivee au liban et il était tres coopératif mais de toute manière les chambres sont strictement interdits au cigarette. Les chambres sont tres confortables. La douche est tres propres. Equipement de sport bien propres et tout neuf. La couleur de l’immeuble a l’exterieur est magnifique...

“Nice and knowledgable staff . There was a minor problem the suite we have supposed to have a king bed which it did and in the outer room sofa bed to sleep third person Later that night we realized that the sofa will not be a bed so we had to call front desk and have a portable bed delivered The ned was narrow and to say the least not comfi Early morning we left to airport for overseas flight So did we get assigned to a different suite Booking confirmation that suite slle 3 adult easy ”
