Kitchen was great (stovetop bulb is not operational), plenty of cookware and kitchenware. Internet was not working. Close to downtown area, plenty of parking, walking distance to local shops, quiet area.”

“Pretty nice stay overall. Location's clean and quiet. Deer and peacocks around if you like those. Hard to get lost. Only 5 miles off from stores if you need to pick something up. Negatives: I'm short and had a hard time reaching things, so I had to buy a stool (that's a me problem, I realize). The wi-fi never worked so I had to rely on mobile data (TV streamed through satellite so that was fine). Dealt with a lot of spiders and flies. Didn't try the hot tub because two wasps were hanging around...

“The lodge was just as described, and more. It was clean and attention was paid to details. Before we arrived, our host recommended places to see and a restaurant called Mase's Place, that didn't disappoint. Unfortunately, it rained the day we arrived and all the next day so we didn't explore the property like we had hoped to, but we, along with our 2 furbabies, very much enjoyed sitting on the back porch listening to the rain hit the leaves. We are very much looking forward to staying there...
