“The unit's bedrooms have no windows at all. So you can't tell day and night and the a/c needs to be on 24/7 because there is no fresh air coming in.
The internet does not work so you can't work in the unit at all. No one is coming to fix it for you. We complained every day and in the end they only give us $50 off for the whole stay.
The location is convenient and safe. The unit is clean.”

“This apartment was perfect for my needs while I was taking part in 2 athletic events in Des Moines. My scheduled travel partner was not able to attend leaving me as a single female. With codes to external & internal doors and a quiet building and neighborhood, I felt very safe. I was even able to shelter in the basement gym, during a tornado alert. The apartment was comfortable and spacious and Mac added lots of useful extras. He was also a quick and helpful communicator. I would definitely stay...
