“"Terrible experience—don't waste your time or money. They double-booked and canceled my reservation without informing me until the day of my arrival. They refused to issue a full refund, and there was a complete lack of communication. No one took accountability, and now, five days later, I'm still trying to obtain the remainder of my refund. “Ocean Sands is a great place to relax and enjoy clean spacious rooms. All of their rooms are oceanfront and have fully equipped kitchens. The tubs are huge and the pool equipped with a nice hot tub, with an outside sunning area. We stay at Ocean Sands at least 3-4 times a year.”
