“I book a stay at the Centennial on Spokane on August 22,23. I rented two adjoined rooms, 1103-1105. When we arrived on 1103, the sheets had makeup and other dirt marks on them. It was clear that the room had not been cleaned. We reached out to staff and they agreed to change the sheets before we returned. “Convenient location”

“We normally stay here when we travel to Spokane for sports and such, generally we have no issues, this time however, the room smelt like poo and we couldn’t tell where it was coming from. Also, all the rooms around us were smokers, so we constantly had second hand smoke smell coming in. Overall though good experience during a trying time for Spokane, there’s grace! The Spokane wild fires brought a ton of guests and everyone was just working together to make it work. I would suggest asking for a...

“My room on 11th floor had windows that didn’t shut all the way and they let in train and traffic noise all night long, and a weird looking bug. Expected better. They charged me a $55 fee that they said would come off my account but still hasnt”

“The room was very clean and we had bath towels, we needed to ask for hand towels. The staff was very nice. The property looked clean. There was plenty of parking. This pool was very small and not maintained well at all. Breakfast was small, but complete. I would stay there again.”
