“Home is filled with character. Plenty of room for my party of four. Back covered porch was the main space we gatheres with full foliage. Kitchen could use some serving bowls for salads and such. Jose was extremely communicative which i greatly appreciated ”

“We had a lovely relaxing stay at Don and Tammy's home. It was spacious, well maintained and perfectly equipped, and a short walk to the lake. We enjoyed a bit of kayaking, grilling and even sat in the pretty lighted gazebo enjoying the night sky. The hosts were very communicative and took great care of our needs. Great place to spend quality time with family and friends! ”

“My wife, kids, grandparents and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riverfront Modern House over the last weekend! The home is very spacious and easily accommodated our large group. In addition, we appreciated the stylish decor and the fact that the house was immaculate. The property is an easy drive to and from the the New Paltz Main St and Farmer's Market, so we conveniently headed into town for shopping and meals. “My wife and I absolutely loved staying at this yurt. The lodging had all the modern amenities and was spotless upon arrival. Was very close to some good hiking (including some nice wild trails at your doorstep) and also an easy drive to Kingston. Would highly recommend. ”

“Awesome place, completely renovated, perfect location to town, super clean! I'd recommend and stay here again! Multiple levels with stairs. If you have trouble with stairs I'd look elsewhere also no full kitchen and small refrigerator. That being said this is a 5 star place without question. Same goes for the host, accommodating, super responsive! ”

“The apartment is beautiful with the most attention to detail. We walked each night to the water/restaurants in Newburgh. Communication was quick and timely. We would love to stay here again. The area can get loud at times but we didn't feel unsafe.”

“The house was perfect for our Hudson Valley excursion with family. Kids loved the arcade games and skylights. We were able to get to Bear Mountain, Mohonk and Hyde Park extremely easily. Excellent walk down to the river and quiet neighborhood. Loved it.”

“Very quiet. Beautiful property. They have nice beds and furniture. Rustic look to it. A fire pit and grills to cook on. Self control of air and heating. Lots of places to take walk, hike. ”
