“This property was at most the horrible experience. Property is not at all where it states on the website. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. We stood for a week and they came at the second to last day of our stay. It was cold every morning and the windows were patched with garbage bags. “My stay was uneventful. Nice property in a gorgeous neighborhood. The apartment is in the basement with quite a few stairs to go up and down but is cute and clean. There is a full kitch but you have to bring your own pans. No tv's in the bedroom which was ok with me because after being gone all day , all i wanted to do was go to sleep. I would recommend and stay again.”

“The photos of the unit were beautiful however the wear and tear on the actual property did not compare. The bathroom sink constantly leaked and because the floors were not even they stayed wet. The nightstands were broken the refrigerator would not open all the way. I also was not notified until the day of check in that the unit was on the 3rd floor and there was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the entrance to the unit.”

“This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again.”

“We had a great time in NYC. The apartment had comfy beds and a kitchen with everything you may need,except a measuring cup. We were disappointed that there was only one tv. There really should be a tv in every room or at the very least the master. The neighborhood was relatively safe. The rugs should def be replaced and we saw two roaches. The walls were dirty and need some paint. There should be an AC unit in the secondary bedroom. My son was hot during the night.The hosts were nice and...

Well this place had multiple stairs and was located on the 2nd floor which couldn't accommodate the group I was with. "Surrounding hotels were out of power, this hotel had - great! Our room was more of an apartment which was great for the family! Good parking garage, great service desk - but the cleaning could do a better job. Bed sofa had used linnen, there was food in the kitchen sink that smelled bad when we got to our room and there was a tape from a user shirt on the back of the bathroom door meaning the cleaners didn’t clean behind the door or they’d seen it. With this said, I’d still stay here again! "

"Some of the staff were very service-oriented. We had an issue with the coffee machine, but they replaced it quickly. The fire alarm also malfunctioned in the morning, but they promptly fixed that too when we requested it. The beds were a bit narrower than we would have preferred, and breakfast is not included. The parking is convenient but costs extra. Stamford is expensive compared to other places, so you get more for your money elsewhere, but it was safe, clean, and overall a good experience."
