“The perfect mountain home for a relaxing getaway! The proximity to the Front Royal Entrance to the Shenandoah National Park and the town was a plus! We saw deer (with a baby), rabbits, and tons of beautiful birds on the property.The house is nicely updated with all the amenities one could want. They have thought of everything!I would highly recommend this mountain home for a relaxing and adventurous family getaway!”

“The cabin is as depicted in the listing. Atmosphere and views were great. Charcoal and firewood was provided. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals during our stay, but some of the cooking utensils could be replaced.Plenty of linens and towels. Could have used an additional roll of toilet paper.”

“We had a great time at the Olive Branch! The room was well outfitted, tastefully decorated with lots of flourishes and a very comfortable bed. It took a few minutes to figure out how to lock the door when we left, but we got it. Oddly the shower had a cloth shower curtain, but no liner. We were able to use it anyway, but either made a soggy bottom if it was inside the shower, or a wet floor if we left it out. There is a powerful fan in the bathroom that helped us to dry things out, so it wasn’t...

“This property is gorgeous! Lovely views, deck, hot tub, open spacious living area, great wood stove. Very well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Make sure to read the fine print-the third king bedroom doesn’t have walls, just a moveable screen. Not an issue for our group but could be for some. Also the coffee is espresso shot pods, so bring your own coffee pot if that isn’t your thing b”

Due to rainy weather we did not get to utilize a lot of the outdoor and riverside amenities but recognized them for being available had the weather cooperated. Derek was very responsive to any needs we had. We loved the screened porch and ate their and enjoyed drinks despite the weather. We are already planning a return visit.”

“The home was perfect for our quick family getaway. It was just as pictured, very clean, and had everything we needed. I think our favorite part of the whole trip was hanging out in the backyard on our last night - the big maple tree provided so much shade in the hot afternoon and the string lights were a nice touch while we made s'mores in the firepit at night. There's a great paved and divided pedestrian trail across the street that was perfect for taking the dog out for a walk in the morning...
