“This is an ideal place to relax and enjoy peace, quiet and a sea view. The site was well laid out and about 10 minutes drive to Salcombe. The lodge was very well-equipped, spacious and comfortable, with the benefit of a balcony facing the sea. The host was helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and the accessibility to several beautiful places in the wider area which offer plenty to do and see.”

Where to begin? *Couldn't get into contact with the owner for check-in, arrival times, code to the key box or anything. Only after contacting Travelnest (the third company in charge of advertising the property) by phone on the day of check-in, I got a very short email from the owner about the check-in time (an hour later than advertised) and code for the key box. “Nice well equipped property with the facilities needed to use it as a base to explore the area and have day trips out from. Good communication from a nice host with suggestions to visit the area and a nice welcome pack which was a nice touch. Property has a freezer which isn't listed (but no ice maker which is listed), a good selection of games and DVDs for the TV in the 2nd bedroom. Good facilities at the site although no facility to pre-book general swimming sessions so might be worth going...

“We stayed for a couple of nights to join some friends on holiday at the park. The chalet was clean and tidy and just big enough for the four of us plus dog. Appreciated the tea and coffee and some milk being left, and things like a cafetière and hair dryer available. Thanks for having us.”
