“THE GOOD PART: My room was clean, and the bathroom was VERY clean. The host is absolutely nailed that part. EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. “I cannot recommend this shared space due to significant issues with transparency and basic cleanliness. The listing failed to mention that the designated parking spots are located a 10 to 20-minute walk away. For someone dealing with a physical flare-up, like my recent bout with gout, this was completely unmanageable. When I requested closer parking, I was told nothing was available. “The ONLY thing that would have made this place better would be a better view in the pool area. I didn’t like seeing the shirtless old guy next door peeping while in our bikinis, (it was just a weird vibe); so ultimately I left and got another place. “Absolutely misleading, this is not somewhere anyone wants to stay. It is a dorm room with shared kitchen and no furniture in bed room space. DO NOT RESERVE!!! Stains on carpets and no parking. There was no comfort at all. I cried when I realized this was the location I booked. Completely misleading and they should be sued for false advertisement.”
