“The morning we left, while sitting in the room enjoying coffee, I hear a clicking sound and look over to where the coffee maker was plugged in…to see black SMOKE coming from the outlet. I unplugged it, and then a FLAME shot out of the outlet. I went down to inform the front desk and I was BRUSHED ASIDE like no big deal! I beg to differ! That could have been a DISASTROUS situation if I had been sitting outside on the balcony and didn’t unplug the coffee maker!!!! The TV also was not working...

“Room was had dirty towel and washrag hanging in bathroom. Floor not clean, back slider didn’t lock. Blinds on back door were missing and never replaced. Maintenance said he did best he could on lock, when fixing it. Told me it should work. Blinds were never replaced, even after being told by front desk that it was moved to priority. Communication with shuttle and trash service was non existent!!! Will not return. ”

“When we checked in, we should have known it was going to be bad as you could smell the dampness as soon as the elevator door opened. At first we thought the place was dated but clean. The carpet was soaked from the sliding door to the other end of the couch. Unfortunately found out by walking on it. There was another wet spot on the carpet opposite the kitchen. We found out when we checked out the dishwasher leaks bad. There was mold on the carpet bewteen the slider and the couch. You...

“Rena och stora rum med sängar som måste minst varit 210cm breda. Enkel incheckning och utcheckning. När man hade frågor eller behövde något löste på allt omgående. Rekommenderas.”
