“The property host was easy to get a hold of and addressed issues quickly. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the cottage when we arrived, so I alerted the host and he provided a new one that evening. When I alerted him that the A/C wasn’t working he did refund for the last two nights. He was apologetic and tried to have it fixed immediately, however he was not able to. Not for lack of effort. The only downsides were, the backyard property and yard surrounding the cottage needed to be cleaned up....

“This house is absolutely beautiful! Prior to arrival, all needed info- check-in, wifi code, door access, everything was communicated. The master bedroom, with it's own hallway and bathroom, has a lounge style sitting room attached. The patio is larger than it appears in the photos. The lake out back is so peaceful. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you'll need. The owner/ manager texted just to see how things were going. Very thoughtful! It was a great vacation rental and i will definitely...

“The setting was very nice and in a quiet area, but conveniently located to travel around Florida. Cottage was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.”

“Needs some upgrades. The bed was a full size, very small for a couple, should really think of upgrading to a king. Pans were old and could use replacing. Bugs and ants constant. Shower was small. Very small tv. Stovetop had missing nob and was difficult to operate. Definitely needs upgrading, left a day early, didn’t feel comfortable there. ”

“The place was perfect .. super cute modern clean and the host provided everything you could possibly think of .. even breakfast stuff .. it was quiet and the beds were super comfortable .. lots of room thru out the whole place .we enjoyed our stay ! Would definitely highly recommend to anyone ..”
