"I forgot a bluetooth speaker in the room. I realized after unpacking in the next hotelroom and directly e-mailed. Did not get any respons and after sending one e-mail/day in three days the responded that it couldnÂŽt be found. The staff has been helpful although respons could have been faster. Still IÂŽlike to make a note that the speaker dissappered."
