“Access code was wrong to get the keys out of the lockbox , but with a quick call it was dealt with asap Also there was no instruction for checking out ….. for example removal of garbage and where the garbage bins in the parkade were”

“Property was nice and it also provided items too. However, there's a lot of stomping or loud thuds that sound like slamming over our heads while we stayed. It was hard to sleep when it sounded like someone slamming items above your head while you're on a creaky metal bed trying to already not shift too loud to make a noise. Despite the nice property and items, it would be better to find a more peaceful place. Perhaps someone else can try and see if the noise is also just a coincidence.”
