“We had a great time. The house is only minutes from anything we needed/wanted to do. The big fenced yard was wonderful. We've taken our dogs on vacation before, but never had a fenced yard. It was so nice to let them into the yard without being leashed. The house was well stocked. I really appreciated the large bottles of hand soap at each sink and the amount of towels and washcloths there were. “Tucked in corner just outside 'Fun City' (which you cannot hear from the house), this hillside location has really only two neighbors and they're both so far uphill/downhill as to be irrelevant.Lovely views, somewhat dated structure that has been clearly been the recipient of a lot of love and attention by the owners. “Very nice two bedroom. Beds were comfortable and great location to CSU. Only thing for prospective renters to note is that the shower is a very small corner unit. Good water pressure and nice hot shower but the shower space is a bit claustrophobic and hard to move around in. Other than that a great stay and I would definitely stay here again. ”

“This property is very well maintained and equipped. The interior décor is tastefully done and exactly what you would expect in Estes Park. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen is updated, great shower pressure and plenty of hot water, plenty of TV's so everyone can watch something different. Great front porch and great back porch for morning coffee and afternoon beverage. BBQ could stand to be replaced, but that def. is not a deal breaker by any means.
