Dark, depressing, unorganized and disappointing
Online Coupley Court seemed like a colourful and unique place to stay at. In reality it was the opposite. Grey and dark. The staff were less than helpful, There was no car parking anywhere near the hotel. It was student accommodation and not suitable for mature aged travellers. We chose not to stay here and found another motel.
