“ Had to wait 1 h for shuttlebus and it was quite uncleat where or when (or if) the shuttle bus should come. No signs, no information, nobody we asked knew. The room was good, quiet, clean. “The Hotel got a good location, but need renovation. Many items in room not functioning. Rooms are big though.Balcony you can not use and dirty. Very noisy outside and windows not isolated. Elevators are a huge problem. You can be stucked 20 min+. Cleaning service not the best. They forget you and occupies elevators. Breakfast is good for 4 star hotel in Dubai.
